Job Title: Campus Leadership Resident

Objective
The Church of Eleven22\u00AE School of Ministry Residency Program is a comprehensive, two-year leadership development program equipping and training individuals called to full-time ministry for a lifetime of ministry effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend ministry area\u2019s team meeting on Tuesdays
- Attend campus team meetings every other Monday
- Meet with ministry area direct report every week
- Execute worship gathering responsibilities each weekend
- Develop serve staff leaders and serve staff teams at a campus location
- Control inventory of supplies and other needs at a campus location
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding and coordination of serve staff at a campus location
- Complete tasks assigned by ministry area direct report, including projects to improve the ministry
- Attend weekly classroom training and complete required readings and assignments
- Attend bi-weekly meeting with your Resident coach
- Attend \u201CAll Staff\u201D meeting (entire church staff) on scheduled Tuesdays
- Lead in responsibilities of the Campus Minister, Discipleship when Campus Pastor is out
- Lead serve staff huddles

Education and Experience
- The School of Ministry is designed to be a transitional step from college into full-time ministry, therefore a college degree is strongly preferred (or entering into junior year of college).
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time position of up to 25 hours per week. Days and hours of work are varied during the week and during services on the weekend. There are required meetings on Tuesdays (11am-12pm) and Wednesday (9:30-11:30am).
The church has several big events, (\u201CAll-Skates\u201D) throughout the year to help further the mission of Eleven22. These events are mandatory for all staff to be in attendance and may vary, depending on the vision cast for the current year.
Our entire staff family is called to action, so that we can continue to be a movement for all people to discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Work Environment
This position will mostly work out of the campus you are assigned to, with the exception of Tuesday and Wednesday mornings which will be out of Central and the San Pablo campus.\u00A0
Physical Demands
This position requires you to be on your feet for several hours at a time during services on the weekends.
Ministerial Exception
The ministerial exception furthers the purposes of the Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses of the First Amendment by barring legal claims against church bodies by staff members who perform religious functions. All church pastors are subject to the exception, but a formal ministerial credential is not required. While there is no rigid formula to determine other church staff members that qualify, various factors are considered to determine which staff members are subject to the ministerial exception (please see handbook).
Staff members who qualify under the ministerial exception are not covered by federal and state employment and anti-discrimination laws. Please see the Human Resources Ministry team if you have questions on whether you are subject to the ministerial exception.
