The Beatles: Get Back and Adele: One Night Only won five awards apiece during the first of the two-night presentation of the Creative Arts Emmys on Saturday at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.

The Beatles: Get Back delivered two Emmys to Peter Jackson, for directing and outstanding documentary. “Shout-out to the Beatles,” enthused Jackson, who is also a three-time Oscar winner for The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King and is now halfway to an EGOT.

Adele: One Night Only’s five awards included outstanding prerecorded variety special. With the win, Adele is now just a Tony away from achieving EGOT status.
