    Wheel loaders talk toeach others instead ofloading vehicles tothe drivers, you need towait too long topick yourcar, very bad customer service.

        My car was ina front end collision and had tobe quoted here. Car was quoted astotal loss. Decided tokeep mycar and Geico told meit was ready for pickup, but Copart was closed that day somy brother went the next day due tome being out oftown. Front desk was rude and said Geico did not send any paper work. Had tocall Geico tofind that they emailed Copart the day before about the pickup. Then Copart tells meoh they didn't check their emails. This was around 430PM. Then they tell mybrother hes not getting the car because weneeded anappt which lead them togoing back and forth. When car was ready they move the car without telling him where itis and hehad tofind ithimself. Iget back into town and find cement inmy exhaust and damages tomy rear bumper which Geico says they will not payfor. ABUNCH OFCROOKS– show

                  This isthe second time I've had todo business with Copart and Idon't understand why there are somany bad reviews. Every time Igot someone onthe phone the first time. They've always been very pleasant and nothing but helpful. I've always felt like they've given mea more than fair deal. Iappreciate the customer service. The care and consideration after atraumatic experience like anaccident and having your car totaled iswhat Igot from Copart.

                        Fraud. Ihave bought aBMW e70 with Clean Title which was beautiful inpictures ontheir website— ifyou will focus, you can see the car has been washed just before taking pictures— which isnot easy tonotice atfirst sight. The car was not cheap, although the price was negotiated. Primary damage— dent and scratches, secondary— mechanical damage. The car was sold asRun & Drive. Transporter went topick itup, and itturned out that the rear bumper and element under the tailgate are damaged. The Carfax report had noentries about any accidents. Also the hood and left fender have noglaze (this iswhy the car was wet inpictures— tohide this damage) and they require arepaint. Finally, itwas the last time when this car moved onitsown. After receiving the container, the car did not run— nocompression onthe 1st cylinder. After sending them mycomplaints they located the person who damaged the bumper, but they did literally nothing withit. Ihave not received any refund. See pictures from anauctionvs. from the time when ithas been pickedup. Also, the paperwork after the auction took them ridiculously long time.– show

                              35days Noanswer!!! IWait one Titel and Not answer!!!.... After 62Days....Very careless!!! Throughout the process ofmaking the documents, they were unfriendly, did not respond toemails, then after telephone conversations they sent the title tothe wrong address. This process cost $ 880parking fees.

                                        I had the worst experience there, all those women are mean and evil. Ihad towait forever and she wouldn't give methe title, said they would mail itand neverdid. That place isvery disorganized. Iwill never goback!

                                          Copart told metheir flatbed driver would give mean hour notice tomeet atthe (totaled)car, which Ineeded because Ilive 45minutes from where the carwas. When hedid call, hesaid hewas 15minutes away but would take care ofsome other stuff and wait forme. Icalled their dispatch about 15minutes later togive them myETA while Iwas enroute, and they told methe driver was leaving and we'd have toreschedule. The driver and/or dispatch lied about when the timing ofthe initial call inorder tojustify leaving. The dispatcher couldn't get meoff the phone fast enough. Idemanded toescalate toa manager, which she tried not todo (“there's nomanager available”). Finally she put meon hold for asolid 20minutes. The manager checked their phone records and confirmed that Iwas correct— the driver and/or dispatcher had infact misrepresented when the time window had started and cheated meout ofthe 1-hr time window. Toher credit, she immediately rectified the situation (thus avoiding a1-star review) but itwas anextremely difficult process with alot ofhard and uncaring pushback from the dispatcher tocover thelie, none ofwhich should have happened. Not sure ifit's poor training, bad ethics, orjust bad driver/dispatcher, but they have aproblem they need tofix.– show
